Manufacture du Grenat has been branded under the “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” label since 2007. Awarded by the French Ministry of Crafts and Trade, managed and monitored by the “Institut Supérieur des Métiers”, this label is proudly displayed by French artisans and attests to their excellence in know-how and innovation. It represents recognition at the highest level and we share it with around 1,400 prestigious French companies.

Our Joyaux Catalans^® trademark carries the “Origine France Garantie” label. This is a quality label that guarantees our customers the traceability of our creations and guaranteed French workmanship.

This label is managed by the Occitania Region local authorities in close collaboration with the French government, and is awarded to tourism professionals to certify the quality of reception and services of their establishment. It is a guarantee of confidence and satisfaction, and allows tourists to choose their holiday activities with complete confidence by promoting the skills and specific features of those involved in tourism in the region. For Manufacture du Grenat, it is a recognition of the quality of our guided tours and the warm welcome that we give our visitors. Manufacture du Grenat has been carrying the “Qualité Tourisme Occitanie Sud de France” label since 2011.

Since 2013, Manufacture du Grenat has joined the circle of “Tourisme et Handicaps”-certified establishments, guaranteeing our warm welcome of people with physical and mental disabilities.
